Make time to sharpen your axe.

Create the culture you are proud to lead.

Why do coaches benefit from the Warrior Steps Coaches Corner Program?

Coaches have the opportunity to cultivate a life-changing and unforgettable experience for their athletes. Our inner capacities enable us to form deep connections, communicate our vision, and show up in the moments that will ultimately define our impact. By embodying our values and engaging authentically with our wrestlers, we become the creator of a positive and high-performing culture.

But, upholding high standards and promoting hard-earned progress within a program is not an easy load to carry, which is why coaches must find sources of ongoing renewal, collaboration, development, and fellowship. This program is designed to give you exactly that!

How it works:

Each session will be focused on developing a core coaching skill or set of skills. You will learn the why and the how of implementing these philosophies with your team.

These sessions will include small-group discussions, allowing coaches to share their experiences in applying the skills from the previous sessions. The consecutive meetings in this program aim to ensure that you not only grasp the information but also have the opportunity to put these skills and concepts into your coaching practice between sessions.
